Welcome to the new online reporting system for reporting CAHPS survey results. The CAHPS Database is the national repository for data from the CAHPS Health Plan, Hospital and Clinician & Group surveys. This site currently contains data for the CAHPS Health Plan Survey. Summary level results from the CAHPS Hospital Survey and Clinician & Group Survey will be added later this summer.

Quick Guide to the CAHPS reporting system:

• View frequencies of responses for specific questions or run custom one-way and two-way frequencies.
• View benchmark results in bar chart format for composites, overall ratings or individual survey items.
• Trend results across the two most recent years of data for composites, overall ratings or individual items.
• Build a customized report by selecting documentation and results to include in a custom downloadable report.

Those that administer the CAHPS surveys according to the CAHPS survey specifications are welcome to participate in the CAHPS Database. In return for submitting data to the CAHPS Database, participants have access to view their own results compared to relative benchmarks in order to identify performance strengths as well as opportunities for improvement.
