CAHPS Bibliography

Research by industry and academic experts plays an important role in both the development and evaluation of CAHPS survey products. When designing the content and methodology of the surveys, the CAHPS grantees consult peer-reviewed journals for the most pertinent research in the field. Moreover, the grantees and other researchers have published widely on the implementation, effectiveness, and analytical capabilities of CAHPS surveys.
